Wild's Jared Spurgeon: Out of lineup Thursday

Spurgeon (upper body) will not suit up for Thursday's meeting with Buffalo, Michael Russo of the Star Tribune reports.

Analysis:

Spurgeon will miss his fourth consecutive outing Tuesday. Prior to getting injured, the 26-year-old garnered a goal and an assist, but was blanked on the power play, where he is averaging 3:13 of ice time per night. When the Edmonton native is cleared to return, Marco Scandella and Nate Prosser appear to be the most likely candidates to be bumped from the game-day lineup.
