Penguins' Trevor Daley: Ice time upped Thursday

Daley received 25:00 of ice time Thursday, leading all Pittsburgh skaters. He blocked three shots and registered a plus-1 rating against the Sharks.

Analysis:

The blueliner, who missed an empty-net opportunity at the end of the game, manned the point for the team's second power-play unit -- Justin Schultz replaced Kris Letang (upper body) on the top unit. Daley also led Pittsburgh with nearly four minutes (3:57) on the penalty kill.
