Coyotes' Louis Domingue: Gives up four before sitting pine

Domingue gave up four goals on 19 shots before getting pulled in the second period of a 5-2 loss to Montreal on Thursday.

Analysis:

With Mike Smith (lower body) ailing, Domingue was called upon and underperformed. Surrendering three goals in the beginning of the second period is less than ideal, and the netminder is clearly on a short leash. The 24-year-old is unproven and looked uninspiring last year, sporting a 15-18-5 record to go along with a .912 save percentage and 2.75 GAA.
