Lightning's Ben Bishop: Gets starting nod Thursday

Bishop was named the home starter for Thursday's game against the Avalanche, Joe Smith of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Analysis:

The last time Bishop faced the Avs -- Jan. 12, 2015 -- he shut them out with a 21-save performance. A Colorado native, Bishop won each of his first two starts this season but carries an ugly 3.40 GAA in the early going.
