Monahan lit the lamp in overtime Tuesday, giving the Flames a 4-3 win over the visiting Sabres.

Analysis:

Only 22 years old, Monahan has already tied Jarome Iginla for the most overtime winning goals in franchise history (six). He's been just okay in four games thus far for a Flames squad that's struggled out of the gate, but owners won't mind his two goals and nine shots on net.
