Jose Fernandez to be honored during Panthers' opener

Two nights after the Miami Heat paid tribute to Miami Marlins pitcher Jose Fernandez, the Florida Panthers are following suit in remembering one of baseball's promising young stars.
The Panthers will honor Fernandez during their home opener against the New Jersey Devils Thursday at BB&T Center.

Fernandez shockingly died along with two others in a tragic boating accident on Sept. 25. He was 24 years old.
