Kings' Jonathan Quick: In net Opening Night versus Sharks

Quick will patrol the crease in Wednesday's season opener against the Sharks, Lisa Dillman of the Los Angeles Times reports.

Analysis:

Quick posted another solid season in 2015-16, posting a 40-23-5 record with a 2.22 GAA and .918 save percentage. He got some extra work in during the offseason as the starting netminder for Team USA in the World Cup of Hockey, and he'll look to use that experience to round into form earlier than some of his counterparts in the crease.
