Stars' Tyler Seguin: Expected to be ready for opener

Coach Lindy Ruff indicated Monday that Seguin (heel) should be ready for the team's first regular-season game Thursday against the Ducks.

Analysis:

Seguin has been making some progress in his rehab from a hairline fracture in his heel and should be good to go for Opening Night despite missing all of the team's preseason. The star forward was injured in his preparation for the World Cup of Hockey but has been a full participant in practice lately. While he may need a couple games to get his legs under him, there's no reason to avoid him in fantasy drafts.
