Penguins' Marc-Andre Fleury: Hung out to dry Saturday

Fleury allowed five goals on 31 shots Saturday against the Blue Jackets.

Analysis:

The showing certainly wasn't what Fleury hoped for heading into the regular season, but coach Mike Sullivan absolved the goaltender of blame. "For me, you can't give up the quality chances we gave up and expect to win," coach Mike Sullivan said. "I thought Fleury was tremendous in the second period. His consistency in the exhibition season needs to improve."
