Stars' Tyler Seguin: Expected to skate next week

Seguin (heel) is expected to return to the ice some time in the next week, reports Mark Stepneski of NHL.com.

Analysis:

Seguin suffered a hairline fracture in his heel and had to pull out of the World Cup before it started. Since that announcement, the expectation has been that he will be healthy for the season opener. If he's getting back on the ice this coming week as expected, all signs would indicate that he's on track to be on the ice opening night.
