Hurricanes' Elias Lindholm: Cleared for preseason contest

After playing in all 82 matchups last year, Lindholm underwent offseason foot surgery, but has been slotted into the lineup for Carolina's first exhibition game. The 21-year-old should get a good long look as a low-cost fantasy option given his inclusion on the power play, where he logged two goals and 14 helpers during the 2015-16 campaign. In addition to his contributions on the man advantage, the winger has shown remarkable durability, as he has missed just one game over the last two seasons.
