Coyotes sign defenders Connauton, Dahlbeck

The Arizona Coyotes locked up two defensemen on Friday.

The club signed Kevin Connauton to a two-year, $2-million contract and Klas Dahlbeck to a one-year, $750,000 deal.

Connauton, 26, had five goals and 12 assists in 65 games last season. Dahlbeck played 71 games last year, scoring twice and adding six assists while averaging 15 minutes in ice time. He'll turn 25 next week.
