Flames' Alex Chiasson: Acquired by Calgary

Chiasson was traded to the Flames on Monday by the Senators in a swap for Patrick Sieloff.

Analysis:

Following the trade, Chiasson signed a one-year deal which will prevent him from becoming a restricted free agent July 1. The winger saw a significant drop in production in his second season with Ottawa as he tallied a meager 14 points and 45 PIM. Fantasy owners will hope the change of scenery sees the 25-year-old return to the form that saw him net 13 goals and 22 assists back in 2013-14.
