Flyers' Brayden Schenn: Extended qualifying offer by Flyers

Schenn (suspension) was tendered a qualifying offer by Philadelphia on Monday.

Analysis:

Schenn, if he remains with the Flyers, will miss the first three games of the season while serving a suspension for a check on Capitals T.J. Oshie. Aside from that lapse, the 24-year-old was only assessed 33 PIM while racking up 59 points in 80 contests. Although he is not a flashy player, the center is consistent and worth a look in deeper fantasy leagues.
