Predators' Filip Forsberg: Pens six-year deal

Forsberg signed a six-year, $36 million contract with Nashville on Monday.

Analysis:

Forsberg showed zero signs of the sophomore slump this season as he went off for 33 goals and 31 helpers. The winger played in all 82 games this past year, a feat that certainly increases his value for fantasy owners and the organization alike. Given his contributions on the power play -- 23 points while averaging 3:08 in ice time -- as well as his willingness to fire pucks at net with 247 shots on goal, the 21-year-old has quickly become one of of the higher-end players in the NHL.
