Penguins' Matt Murray: Beats Sharks 3-1 in Game 4

Murray turned aside 23 of 24 shots Monday as the Penguins took Game 4 of the Stanley Cup Final by a score of 3-1.

Analysis:

Murray and the Penguins continued to dazzle defensively in this one, as they limited the Sharks to 26 shots or less for the fourth straight game and blocked another 20 in front of the rookie netminder. The Thunder Bay, Ontario native is now an eye-popping 14-5 with a 2.09 GAA and .925 save percentage this postseason, and has -- almost unfathomably given his lack of experience (13 games heading into the playoffs) -- gotten the Pens to within a single win of their fourth Stanley Cup. Buckle up: Game 5 goes Thursday back in the Steel City.
