Penguins' Kris Letang: Skips practice, will play

Letang wasn't on the ice for the Penguins' morning skate Monday but will play in Game 1 against the Sharks in the evening, Wes Crosby of NHL.com reports.

Analysis:

The blueliner missed practice both Sunday and Monday, leading to some concern that he could be unavailable for Game 1. That is evidently not the case, as the Penguins should have all of their regulars as they continue their quest to hoist the Stanley Cup.
