- LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Nyquist is taking his undefeated record to the Preakness Stakes next. The Kentucky Derby winner heads to Baltimore for the middle leg of the Triple Crown with a gaudy 8-0 mark to face some of his vanquished opponents again.

- Two second-round NBA playoffs games: Cleveland (leads 3-0) at Atlanta (3:30 p.m.); San Antonio (leads 2-1) at Oklahoma City (8 p.m.).

- MIAMI - Heat center Hassan Whiteside's status for the remainder of the Miami-Toronto series is expected to be determined when an MRI is performed on the NBA blocked-shot champion's right knee.

- TAMPA, Fla. - Tampa Bay takes a 3-1 series lead into Game 5 of its second-round playoff matchup with the New York Islanders. A victory sends the Lightning to the Eastern Conference finals for the second straight year. Game starts 3 p.m.

- WASHINGTON - The Washington Capitals signed Justin Williams for the playoffs, and now they're starting to feel his impact. Williams scored to help the Capitals stay alive against the Pittsburgh Penguins and could be a big factor in Game 6 on Tuesday.

- NEW YORK - All-Star closer Aroldis Chapman meets the media at Yankee Stadium, one day before he's set to join New York's bullpen for the first time after completing his domestic violence suspension.

- MADRID - Defending champion Andy Murray faces top-ranked Novak Djokovic in the Madrid Open final.

- ROME - The Williams sisters are making another run for Olympic gold. The winningest team in Olympic tennis history has entered the doubles draw at this week's Italian Open to kick off their preparations for the Rio de Janeiro Games.

- CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Rickie Fowler leads the Wells Fargo Championship by a stroke entering the final round.

- PRATTVILLE, Ala. - Ariya Jutanugarn carries a three-shot lead into the final round of the Yokohama Tire LPGA Classic, ahead of Ryann O'Toole and Minjee Lee.

- KANSAS CITY, Kan. - Turns out the dominance of Joe Gibbs Racing at the season-opening Daytona 500 was just a harbinger of things to come. Kyle Busch's victory Saturday night at Kansas Speedway was the sixth in 11 races for the team.

- ORLANDO, Fla. - The opening ceremony to kick off the Invictus Games, an international Paralympic-style multisport event, is held at Disney's ESPN Wide World of Sports. Prince Harry and first lady Michelle Obama are scheduled to take part in the ceremonies.
