Stralman was ruled out for the first round, and given the quick turnaround to the start of the second, it shouldn't come as much of a surprise that he's still out. The Lightning could certainly use his presence along the blue line, but until something suggests he's nearing a return, it's safe to assume the Swede will not dress.
