Hossa (knee) indicated Monday that he will play in Game 1 on Wednesday against the Blues, Mark Lazerus of the Chicago Sun-Times reports.

Analysis:

Hossa sat out the final three games of the regular season after suffering a knee injury April 3 against the Bruins, but it seems likely the team was just being cautious with him. Unless something arises in the next couple days, those in playoff pools shouldn't worry about the veteran winger's status for the postseason.
