Report: Canadiens offer to Subban remains two years

The Montreal Canadiens are sticking with their original offer for restricted free agent defenseman P.K. Subban at two years and $5.2 million, according to Renaud Lavoie of RDS.
No progress in talks for PK Subban contract. Offer from MTL is still the same since May: 2,3 million dollars this season and 2,9 in 2013-14.

It's been reported that Montreal is looking for a short-term deal, while the Subban camp is looking for a longer-term contract.
Last season, the former 2nd round pick of the Canadiens in 2007 scored seven goals and added 29 assists in 81 games.
