Report: Alex Kovalev may have tryout with Panthers

With the NHL lockout over, many unrestricted free agents are still looking for work under the new CBA.
According to a tweet by Nick Kypreos, Alex Kovalev may have a tryout with the Florida Panthers when training camps open on either Saturday or Sunday.
Kovalev last played in the NHL for the Pittsburgh Penguins during the 2010-11 season, recording two goals and five assists in 20 games.
In his career, Kovalev has 428 goals in 1,302 career games.
