Oilers sign Eberle to extension

The Edmonton Oilers signed right winger Jordan Eberle to a six-year extension on Thursday. 

Eberle signed a six-year, $36 million extension that will keep the 22-year old in Edmonton through the 2018-19 season. 

Eberle scored 34 goals with 42 assists in 78 games played in 2011-12, his second full season with the Oilers.
