Bertuzzi trial postponed until 2013

The civil lawsuit filed by former NHL forward Steve Moore against Detroit Red Wings forward Todd Bertuzzi and the Vancouver Canucks has been postponed once again, according to the Toronto Sun.

Moore is looking for $38 million in compensation for the Bertuzzi attack that left him with a concussion and broken vertebrae. Moore has not played since the attack.

The suit, which was originally filed in 2006, is expected to begin in January of 2013.
