Holmstrom: "It's playing in Detroit, or nowhere else"

Free agent forward Tomas Holmstrom has reportedly received offers from a few teams this offseason, but his preferred destination is still Detroit, according to the Detroit News.

Holmstrom, who will turn 40 during the 2012-13 season, has stated that he will make a decision in the next few weeks regarding his playing career, but he made one thing clear. "It's playing in Detroit, or nowhere else"

Last season, he recorded 11 goals and 13 assists in 74 games. In his career, Holmstrom has played in 1026 games and scored 243 goals.
