Radim Vrbata News
Vrbata put on the best scoring performance of his career with 62 points in 2011-12 despite playing in his lowest number of games in the past four years.
Analysis: Vrbata's offense was a key part of the Coyotes' undefeated February, which sent them into the playoffs to begin with. He did, however, fade out of the picture during the postseason, which suggests he wasn't quite over the ill effects of his allergic reaction to penicillin, suffered toward the end of the regular season. Either way, Vrbata proved he was worth his offseason contract extension, but it'll be interesting to watch how the likely departure of Ray Whitney affects his production next year.
