McCoy will not be charged by the Philadelphia District Attorney's office for his alleged role in a Feb. 7 nightclub brawl that resulted in two off-duty police officers being injured, The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

Analysis:

McCoy and three others came under investigation after the incident initially occurred, but no arrest warrants have been issued since and now it appears no charges will be filed. That suggests the D.A.'s office doesn't have enough evidence to charge anyone involved, clearing McCoy from a legal perspective. That being said, the NFL could still discipline McCoy for violating the league's personal-conduct policy, but it remains to be seen whether the league office deems any punishment necessary.
