Houston Texans defensive end J.J. Watt isn't exactly showing any ill effects from the sports hernia surgery he had in January.

Watt, unquestionably one of the NFL's biggest freak athletes, tweeted a video on Saturday of himself performing a box jump with the caption "Post-surgery progress."

Watt admitted this week that the 2015 season was the most difficult of his career due to the various injuries he suffered, including ongoing groin issues, a herniated disc in his back, and a broken hand. Despite the injuries, Watt didn't miss a game and won Defensive Player of the Year honors.
