Arizona Cardinals safety Tyrann Mathieu is one of the most dominant defensive players in the league, but it didn't stop him from expressing his reverence towards some of the NFL's biggest stars.

Mathieu implored his Twitter followers to send him questions, and the first-team All-Pro responded with unabated candor.

The 23-year-old said the Seattle Seahawks were the most difficult team he's ever faced, due to quarterback Russell Wilson's "magic tricks." Mathieu also rated Wilson as the toughest quarterback to square off against, based off his acumen with the ball in his hands.

One of Mathieu's greatest traits is his versatility but there are some opponents who still give the Cardinals' speedster trouble. Mathieu rated Julio Jones and Antonio Brown as the two toughest wide receivers he's ever faced; both receivers topped 1,800 yards in 2015 and finished first and second, respectively, in receiving yards.

To little surprise, Mathieu also rated reigning rushing champion Adrian Peterson as the hardest player to bring down.

Mathieu's combination of speed, diagnostic ability, blitzing skills and run support make him a truly unique defensive back in the modern age. To that end, Mathieu's insight into the league's top players lends further credence to their unparalleled abilities.
