Analysis:

The Boise State product was set to hit the open market at the start of the new league year Wednesday afternoon, but the Bengals weren't going to let their talented young safety walk without giving him a sizable offer. Iloka, at 6-foot-4, 225 pounds, holds up well against the run and is also solid in coverage as evidenced by his positive Pro Football Focus grades in both categories (+4.7 and +7.2 respectively over the last two seasons). With Wednesday's contract, Iloka will be a fixture in the Bengals secondary for the foreseeable future.
