The Philadelphia District Attorney's office disagrees with the member of LeSean McCoy's camp who said that McCoy probably won't be charged for his alleged role in a nightclub brawl.

A source close to the Buffalo Bills running back told Vic Carucci of the Buffalo News that another member of the McCoy's party, not McCoy himself, would likely be charged for a beat-down that left two off-duty cops with serious injuries.

Not so, says the DA's office.

A spokesman told Joe Buscaglia of WKBW that the report is "utterly wrong," and the investigation is ongoing.

The incident occurred on Super Bowl Sunday, and it appears authorities are in no rush to make any decisions regarding criminal charges.
