A decision on whether to charge LeSean McCoy with a crime following his alleged involvement in a Feb. 7 Philadelphia nightclub incident may not be far off.

The Buffalo Bills running back is set to meet with Philadelphia District Attorney Seth Williams on Tuesday afternoon, his attorney told ABC6 Philadelphia.

Philadelphia Fraternal Order of Police president John McNesby expressed frustrations with the ongoing investigation last week, suggesting Williams was overthinking the case.

Williams responded shortly thereafter, issuing a statement indicating that he'd continue to take his time in making the right decision and that the difficulty of the case was not a factor.

McCoy and three friends are being investigated after two off-duty cops were injured in a fight with a group of men over a dispute concerning a bottle of champagne.
