Report: Late money pours in on Broncos ahead of Super Bowl 50

Oddsmakers in Las Vegas have seen an increase in money being put on the Denver Broncos as Super Bowl week has progressed, David Purdum of ESPN reports.

After the Carolina Panthers opened as low as 3.5-point favorites, as much as 90 percent of the bets at some Nevada sportsbooks were flowing toward the NFC champions.

"Money coming in now pretty good on Denver, both side and money line," Tony Miller, sportsbook director at the Golden Nugget, told Purdum on Saturday. "We're closing the gap with each hour. But still a long way to go."

The consensus line heading into Sunday's game is Carolina minus-5.5 due to big money rolling in on the Broncos midweek at plus-6. There is still more money on the Panthers despite MGM reporting 2-1 bets in favor of Denver on Saturday.
