SANTA CLARA, Calif. (AP) The Girl Scouts of Northern California are getting their big sleepover at Levi's Stadium after all, just rescheduled from its original date.

And now the San Francisco 49ers are paying for it all after moving the event to schedule a concert - reaching a resolution Wednesday for some 1,000 Girl Scouts less than 24 hours after the change was made.

''We are very pleased to have agreed upon a positive resolution with the Girl Scouts of Northern California regarding the scheduling conflict at Levi's Stadium,'' 49ers spokesman Bob Lange said. ''Their event is now scheduled to take place at the venue on May 21, 2016, one week later than originally scheduled. Additionally, the San Francisco 49ers have agreed to underwrite the entire cost of the event and have guaranteed that it will not be moved from that date.''

Concerts have been a big draw at $1.3 billion, second-year Levi's Stadium, including a pair by Taylor Swift during an August weekend last year.

Nikki Van Ausdall, spokeswoman for Girl Scouts of Northern California, was confident the sides would work something out. The Girl Scouts have been regular visitors for part of the 49ers' education programs at Levi's Stadium.

''It is unfortunate that scheduling conflicts of this nature arise from time to time, but we are dedicated to working through all hurdles with our customers to deliver satisfactory options,'' Lange said. ''The 49ers organization has had a great relationship through the years with the Girl Scouts and we are thrilled to welcome them to Levi's Stadium.''

The concert performer and date weren't revealed.

On Tuesday, 49ers CEO Jed York posted a photo of himself on Twitter buying Girl Scout cookies at a stand in downtown San Francisco while attending Super Bowl festivities, even offering a shout out to the girl who sold to him with a ''Thx Cassie!''
