Russell Wilson was named the most valuable player of the 2016 Pro Bowl, leading Team Irvin to a 49-27 victory over Team Rice.

It was a banner day for the Seattle Seahawks, as defensive end Michael Bennett was named the game's defensive MVP. Bennett recorded a sack and rushed for seven yards.

Wilson went 8-of-12 for 164 yards, three touchdowns and no interceptions as his team cruised to an easy victory. Ahead of the game, Wilson was selected first overall in the Pro Bowl draft and lived up to lofty expectations.

The Seahawks quarterback threw all three touchdown passes during the first half before being replaced by Minnesota Vikings pivot Teddy Bridgewater.

Allen Robinson caught two passes for 105 yards and a touchdown, while Delanie Walker added three receptions for 80 yards and a score for Team Irvin.

Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie recorded two interceptions, as Team Irvin forced Team Rice into six turnovers on the evening.

This year's game turned out to be a bittersweet affair, as former Oakland Raiders safety Charles Woodson played in his final game ever. Woodson played for Team Rice, recording one tackle.
