The 49ers opened their stadium in style in 2014 and their attention to detail extended to the food, as Michelin-star chef Michael Mina was given 17,000 square feet to work with inside the stadium.
Nearby Skywalker Ranch has a large stock of Wagyu cattle, most of which goes to Mina's upscale Bourbon Steak & Pub.
The standout item on the menu is the Double Barrel Wagyu Dog, which is served open-faced, wrapped in bacon, and garnished with guacamole, pico, and pork chicharrones.
