Kansas City Chiefs offensive coordinator Doug Pederson says his team will use a committee approach at running back involving both Charcandrick West and Spencer Ware.

Remarkably, the Chiefs have managed to find two productive running backs on their roster after Week 1 starter Jamaal Charles went down with a season-ending injury.

West took over as the workhorse in Week 6, quickly establishing himself as a budding star.

But West suffered a minor hamstring injury of his own in Week 11, opening the door for Ware to show he can also succeed in the bell-cow role.

With West now back to health, the Chiefs will move forward with a two-headed approach in the backfield. It's not what fantasy owners want to hear, but it probably gives the team its best chance of continuing its recent hot streak and qualifying for the postseason.
