Report: Browns' Manziel will be active as No. 3 QB vs. Ravens

Mark Zerof / USA TODAY Sports

Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel will be active Monday against the Baltimore Ravens, according to Mary Kay Cabot of Cleveland.com

Manziel was demoted to third-string after a video of him partying during the team's bye week surfaced.

The Browns' quarterback is active because he's the last healthy player on the active roster, with guard Joel Bitonio sitting out, according to ESPN's Tony Grossi.

Josh McCown is expected to start for the Browns.

Manziel is 76-of-128 for 933 yards, five touchdowns, and two interceptions on the season.
