C.J. Anderson: Explodes for 15-113-2

Anderson had 15 carries for 113 yards and two touchdowns, adding four touches for 40 yards on four targets, in Sunday's 30-24 overtime win over the Patriots.

Analysis:

Anderson had his best game of the season, highlighted by a walk-off, 48-yard touchdown run on a toss play to the left side. After splitting time with Ronnie Hillman in the first half, Anderson took over late in the game. It was the best Anderson has looked since last season, with his acceleration and cutting ability finally appearing to be back in top form. Hillman also ran well and scored a touchdown, but his third-quarter fumble may have contributed to his quiet second half, even though the Broncos recovered the ball. Although it won't be surprising if Anderson gets the start next Sunday in San Diego, Hillman still figures to get quite a few touches.
