Jaguars' Hurns taken off on stretcher

Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Allen Hurns was taken off the field on a stretcher late Sunday against the San Diego Chargers.
Hurns took a hit and seemed to go limp as he hit the ground. Trainers stabilized his neck before removing him from the field.
Hurns appeared to have movement in his extremities as he was taken off.
