Forte, Jeffery active for Bears against Packers; Rolle out

GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) Chicago running back Matt Forte and receiver Alshon Jeffery are active for the Bears' game Thursday night against the Green Bay Packers.

Forte missed the last three games with a knee injury, and Jeffery was questionable coming into the night with a groin injury. Jeffery, the team's top receiver, has missed five games this season with groin and shoulder ailments.

Receiver Eddie Royal (knee) and tight end Martellus Bennett (ribs) were already declared out. The Bears also will be without safety Antrel Rolle (knee).

For the Packers, J.C. Tretter will make his first start at center with Corey Linsley out with an ankle injury. The Packers also will be without safety Micah Hyde because of a hip injury.

Other Packers inactives include QB Brett Hundley, RB Alonzo Harris, LB Andy Mulumba and WRs Jared Abbrederis and Ty Montgomery.

Other Bears inactives include RB Ka'Deem Carey, CB Jacoby Glenn, T Nick Beckton and DL Will Sutton.
