Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Sam Bradford is officially questionable for Thursday's game against the Detroit Lions after clearing the NFL's concussion protocol.

Left tackle Jason Peters and center Jason Kelce are also questionable, while tight end Zach Ertz and running back Ryan Mathews have been ruled out.

Bradford has also been dealing with a separated left shoulder, and said Tuesday that it could prevent him from playing against the Lions.

"(The decision depends on) how it progresses from here to game time, and whether myself and the coaches feel comfortable with me out there playing," Bradford said, via ESPN's Phil Sheridan. "It feels better today than it did yesterday. If it continues to progress, I'd like to be out there."

Mark Sanchez will get the start if Bradford is unable to play.
