Charcandrick West appears set to miss at least one game as a result of the hamstring injury he suffered last week.

The Kansas City Chiefs running back is a longshot to play Sunday against the Buffalo Bills after being forced to miss three consecutive practices, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports.

While West is still pushing to play, and will end up a true game-time decision, Spencer Ware will reportedly step into the starting lineup regardless.

Ware was productive in relief of West during last week's win over the San Diego Chargers, running for 96 yards and two touchdowns on just 11 carries.

Travis Kelce, meanwhile, has avoided missing any time after tweaking his ankle in practice this week.

The standout tight end, despite being listed as questionable, will play in Sunday's game against the Buffalo Bills, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN.

With the Bills' cornerbacks having emerged as one of the NFL's strongest groups, Kelce can be expected to have a significant role in the offense's efforts to attack the middle of the field.
