49ers' Glenn Dorsey carted off vs. Seahawks with knee injury; will not return

San Francisco 49ers defensive tackle Glenn Dorsey will not return to Sunday's game against the Seattle Seahawks with a knee injury.
Dorsey's knee buckled after very little contact at the line, and he was eventually carted off the field.
In 10 games this season, the 30-year-old LSU product notched 18 total tackles.
