On Sunday night, New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees became the fifth player in NFL history to throw 400 touchdown passes, and the third to throw over 5,000 completions. On Wednesday, he took home Offensive Player of the Week honors for his achievement. Since joining the Saints in 2006, Brees has won the award 19 times, more than any other player during that span.

Carolina Panthers cornerback Josh Norman was named Defensive Player of the Week. Norman, who was named Defensive Player of the Month for September, returned one of his two Week 4 interceptions for a touchdown.

Chicago Bears kicker Robbie Gould took home Special Teams Player of the Week honors for the third time in his career. Gould was good on 3-of-3 kicks in Week 4, including a 54-yarder.

San Diego Chargers quarterback Philip Rivers was named Offensive Player of the Week. Rivers threw for 358 yards and three touchdowns in the Chargers' win.

On defense, Denver Broncos safety T.J. Ward took home weekly honors. Ward made two sacks and helped his team seal a win with a late forced fumble.

Baltimore Ravens kicker Justin Tucker's two fourth-quarter field goals plus the game-winner in overtime boosted him to the Special Teams Player of the Week award. Tucker edged Kansas City Chiefs kicker Cairo Santos, who made seven field goals in a loss, in a tight race among AFC special teams players.
