Bills' Gilmore cleared of concussion; out vs. Steelers with shoulder injury

Buffalo Bills cornerback Stephon Gilmore was cleared of a concussion after leaving Saturday's preseason game against the Pittsburgh Steelers in the first quarter.

Gilmore suffered a shoulder injury, however, and didn't return. The Bills' cornerback headed straight to the locker room after he was tackled in the first quarter.

The 24-year-old is the Bills' best cornerback, so it'd be a devastating blow to their defense if he's out for a prolonged period.

Linebacker Tony Steward left the game with a knee injury and did not return.
