Green Bay Packers defensive tackle Letroy Guion recently had a civil suit filed against him over a 2013 altercation, according to Rob Demovsky of ESPN.

The suit was filed by Martius Holland, who agent Seth Katz says is the boyfriend of Krystal Troutman, the mother of Guion's child.

No criminal charges were filed after the altercation, but Holland is reportedly seeking damages for assault, battery, and assault by cyberstalking for Guion allegedly causing "physical pain, suffering and mental and emotional anguish" to he and Troutman.

"We're aware of the suit and is suspect nature," Katz told ESPN on Friday. "We're aware that Mr. Holland and Ms. Troutman are attempting to enrich themselves. Troy's attorneys are aggressively defending it. There's no basis for it."

Guion, who re-signed with the Packers on a one-year deal this offseason, could still be facing league discipline after a February arrest for felony possession of marijuana and a firearm.
