Browns waive Nick McDonald with injury designation

The Cleveland Browns waived offensive lineman Nick McDonald with an injury designation Wednesday.
McDonald started seven games at center last season after Alex Mack was placed on injured reserve with a broken fibula.
The 27-year-old went undrafted in 2010 and previously played for the Green Bay Packers, New England Patriots, and San Diego Chargers prior to his stint with the Browns.
