Jaguars' Marqise Lee sitting out OTAs with knee injury

Wide receiver Marqise Lee is sitting out OTAs this week after suffering a knee injury in phase two of the Jacksonville Jaguars' offseason workout program.

Head coach Gus Bradley didn't disclose the specifics of the injury, but indicated that the second-year receiver's status is currently day-to-day, and possibly week-to-week.

Lee's knee issue doesn't appear serious given the relatively short time frame for recovery, but it's something to monitor as the offseason moves forward.

After flashing some ability toward the end of his debut season, the 23-year-old's participation in OTAs and training camp workouts would go a long way toward furthering his development heading into 2015.

Lee currently projects as a starter opposite fellow second-year wideout Allen Robinson.
