Saints sign Andrus Peat to 4-year deal

The New Orleans Saints agreed to terms on a four-year deal with 13th overall selection Andrus Peat.

As with all deals signed by first-round picks, Peat's contract will include a fifth-year team option.

Saints head coach Sean Payton said he envisions Peat as a right tackle. The team wants to punish opponents in the running game, and Peat's 6-foot-7, 319-pound frame should help make that easier.
